Why Is  Apple  Soup  Good for You?  Apples  are among the favorite fruits for children and adults. They are rich in vitamin A, which helps fight infection and combat free radicals.  Apples  also contain vitamin C, fiber, riboflavin, thiamin, and pyridoxine. Ingredients: 5-6 small red apples, 12 red dates, 20gm of 南北杏 (Sweet and Bitter Apricot Kernels )and pork spare ribs. optional: can use soya beans or lean meat.
